Warranty Policy.

1.) Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. Swiss movement watches carry 1 year warranty, Japanese movement watches carry 100-days warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so water does not get in. If any water damage is detected to have gotten in from the crown not being tight, water damage is not covered
2.) You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer 
3.) Watches cannot be tampered with in any way. All watchcases are installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watchcase and the seal is broken, all return policies are void for the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work on the watch or open it up or we will not warranty the product
4.) Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. Customer(s) responsible for the both return shipping cost ( USD40 -EMS, USD20- Normal Airmail)
5.) Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product 
6.) Allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive your repair product 
7.) The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired.


Refunds Policy 

1.) The product must be post-marked no later than 7 business days from the day you received it. 
2.) You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer. 
3.) The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back. By wearing the product the first time, your refund policy is void.  No full refunds will be issued.  We issue a refund ranging from 50% to 70% of selling price depending on the merchandise. 
4.) Exchange is strictly not allowed. We strongly recommend our clients to ask as many questions as possible to make sure that they are getting what they are really looking for before they put in the order.
5.) The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed .
6.) Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns.
